In this advanced level position for a parts associate, we delve into HVAC Building Science, Refrigeration Piping Basics, EcoBlue RTU, and Advance Technical Fundamentals to deepen your understanding of our products and overall HVAC information.

Soft Skills

Focusing on skills that will hone in on the fundamentals of working at our parts locations and successfully dealing with customers, situations and safety information. These skills will create a great building block to your career with us at Minnesota Air.

MAI Lead Training

Understand the products and information that we supply to our dealers and partnerships throughout the HVAC/r Industry. These classes are lead by our tech support department utilizing industry standards, information and product to stay at the top of our field.

Advanced Level Parts Job Track
